Bucketree is a MacUpp app, published by Web Upp Limited. MacUpp, at macupp.com, is the home of the company’s Mac apps.

support@macupp.com reaches the person who wrote the app. There is no other support channel, and no telephone number, because there is one of him.

Who sells you the software

Purchases are handled by Freemius, who act as merchant of record. That means Freemius is the seller for the transaction, is the name on your card statement, and is responsible for charging and remitting sales taxes in your country. Web Upp Limited remains the author and licensor of the software itself.
