What you will need

macOS 26 or later

Bucketree is built against the current macOS and uses what it provides rather than reimplementing it. Earlier versions are not supported.

Apple silicon

Bucketree runs natively on Apple silicon. Intel Macs are not supported.

A Backblaze B2 account

Bucketree manages storage you already have, so you will need a B2 account and an application key for it to work with.

If you have all three, the trial asks for nothing else.
